1) Untill now I had 4 swaps with Mathijs. In our second swap he had sent 2 letters, one letter arrived, the second one
never arrived at my place. Because we both live in the Netherlands, we sent our letter most of the time unregistred.
So I didn't ask for replacement. Our 3th swap was OK.
In june 2006 we agreed on the 4th swap. This time his letter also didn't arrive. I asked for compensation, because it was the 2nd time this happened.
He told me he didn't know what I meant by compensation. I explained and proposed a solution, he didn't agree,
I asked a proposal from him to solve this problem. No reaction. It is very safe to send letters unregistred in the Netherlands.
It can happen a letter never arrived, but a second time is unbelievable, especcially when the sender doesn't want to look for a solution.
