Below, on the left, you see Lokasoft's Little Chess Partner (verion 1.08) ready to play! You're white and play your first move by dragging a pawn (or piece) to its destination square. The default settings for this Java Applet are:
- Fixed time : 10 seconds
- Fixed depth: 5 ply (or halfmoves)
It plays are reasonable game with these settings, but you can adjust them to your taste with the Settings button. When you want the computer to speed up, just hit the Move now button. Finally, when you realise you're lost, there is an escape: hit the New game button!
On the right you see attractive female chessplayers trying to distract you! Be aware...
