Anton Pieck

Anton Pieck (1895 - 1987) was an many-sided artist and he had a complete own style of design
for designinf for instance birth announcement cards, calendars and of course fairyland de Efteling.
He also created many illustrations for books and magazines. Every year is a calendar published
with pictures made by Anton Pieck and in 1999 the book "De wereld van Anton Pieck" came out again.

When I had the first idea for this homepage it was ment te be a site about the work and
the by Anton Pieck used techniques. Becouse of copyright it isn't possible to use images
made by Anton Pieck to illustrate this homepage.
That's why you are looking to this site as it is now.

Of course, there are sites where with or without permission images of the work of Anton Pieck can be found
whenever I locate a site I will put a link to that sit on my links page.

The Anton Pieck Club Nederland has members all over the world and organizes different exchange marts regulary and
publishes catalogue of the work made by Anton Pieck. At the end of the year 2000 for instance the new book catalogue was finished.
Four times a year the club booklet "Pieck Spieghel" comes out in wich among other things articles are published about
the locations where Anton Pieck drawed, "new" discovered pictures and of course the evetn calendar.
The club has a own internet site wich is mentioned on the links page.
