CD-I is a multi-media system from Philips. It's a :

• Audio CD-Player
• Video Disc Player (only with Digital Video Cartridge)
• Photo CD-Player
• and it plays Interactive CD's and now also
• Internet on TV

I bought one of the first players and I don't regret it. You can learn from it, play games with it and see movies on it in VHS-quality. Nowadays I record all my photos on a Photo-CD and make Slide-shows on my TV.
