Re-Set is a program for (re-)installing your Psion Series 3x or the emulator. Sometimes, but very seldom, it happens through battery trouble, an unfortunate action or a badly written program that the Psion resets itself. Result of this action is always the same, the Psion doesn't remember anything and starts with the beep. All data is lost and with it also all preferences and installed programs. To get back the Psion as before is in most times a long way and lots of work. Re-Set can be helpfull if it is available on SSD or disk or harddisk on the pc. If remote you also need a program for connecting to the Psion. You also need a script which tells Re-Set what to do. If all is available then within no time you have you're Psion back in business. At the moment the documentation is only available in Dutch. The script accepts Dutch and English commands and most commands do work in exact the same way as your Psion.
