	Main activities and responsibilities See: www.kennisonline.wur.nl	Line management with performance responsibility (current turnover € 9.3 million), project- and program management, with emphasis on new types of policy reports and on integration of themes. The department has nearly 100 persons, of which 30 in data collection and 60 in research. In addition to that program manager for a program on research methods in Transition, institutions, governance and policy (€ 1 mln / year)
	Research topics	Contributions to several projects of the department, including: strategic advise to several agri-businesses (Agrico, Nedato, Cargil, Nautilus, Agrifirm) high level policy advise to Ministry of Agriculture (Reform CAP, Foot & Mouth Disease); contributions to work of OECD and European Parliament on income developments. new research topics like Water-related services (multi-functionality), International Accounting Standards (IAS41), Economics of Campylobacter, Institutional analysis of Dutch Food Authority, Solving farmers' administrative burden by focussing on the farmer, Checking Eurostat's Agricultural databases (AGRIS), Risk management. Organising PACIOLI network on innovation in FADNs and farm accounting. Cooperation with USDA-ERS and OECD on micro-economic data for research
