Ringing Bell Figure 14

So, having trapped the mouse, we must now let everyone know that the deed is done. To this end a bell is rung. This is a pic of the said 'Bell' and observers will recognise it as a close relative of the one in the Electrikit manual. Just minor modifications to ensure that it works reliably.
