Reset 2 (fig 38)

The output pulse from the ball lift 'Single Rotate Device' is used to start this one shown in the pic.
It provides, in turn, four output pulses. The first raises the feed arms, the second lowers the steady rod to the bucket, the third retracts the supporting crank to the thingy-ma-jig and the fourth is used to start the windlass for another round.
