Trigger Figure 6

The first marble has negotiated the stairs, travelled around the gutter and now meets the 'Trigger' that sets off the second marble. This pic shows the trigger being pushed up by the first marble. The marble is somewhat blurred because remember these are frames from a moving video. I do have an excellent digital camera (a 5 GB Sony) but my wife has exclusive access to it at the moment. As a mere sprog of 59 (12 years younger than me) she has just started a HND in Fine Arts and insists on photographing everything. I am somewhat proud of her.

Anyway, a series of linkages pushes up a lightweight (ex clock-kit) rod that tilts the 'Thingy-ma-jig' that will be shown in the next pic.
