Combined kettle

Nefit EcomLine HRC 30 H Classic

This kettle is installed on the attic and provide heating and hot water in the house. 
There is an fill point below the kettle so filling is very easy. 

This appliance is 'High Efficient' and has 'Low NOx' emision.
This appliance is fully modulating.
That means that the kettle is constantly adjusting the need for heat at the house.
By adjusting the capacity trough the preferred temperature we reached a global room temperature in the house. In result we have very high comfort.
The kettle applies to the European standard (CE).

All the Nefit EcomLine HRC appliances carries an Gas mark label. This performance label means that this CV-appliance fills specific demands considering a number of efficiency- and comfort aspects. 

The appliance satisfy the CW-label 4 (Comfort Hot water):
- feeding a kitchen tap with at least 3,5 l/min of 60 °C;
- a shower function from 6 l/min to at least 12,5 l/min of 40 °C;
- filling a bath tub of 100 liters with 12,5 l/min of 40 °C average.

Consuming max. capacity:            130 W.

Thermostat

Nefit ModuLine 30

The thermostat is mounted on the wall in the left living room and conceived power trough a connection with the kettle. This thermostat uses no batteries.
By using a computer program, continues information is gathered from the kettle trough the thermostat and visa versa.
With this the thermostat instructing the kettle to:
- heat up the house comfortable,
- provide in time hot water from the boiler,
- be economical with energy.

Adjusting the temperature by modulating on basis of the room temperature.

You can program the Moduline 30 with a maximum of 70 switching points per week.

This thermostat gives you fully control and information about the CV-installation and hot tap water.

The thermostat is adjustable for night presets (ECO-stand) or vacation-preset.

You find information about the "display code kettle" which gives you information about the kettle.
This code has two signs. The first sign indicates the actually function of the kettle, the second sign indicates which part of the function is active, or in some cases, is not active.

Fuse board

The switch board is in the hall.
Here are the electricity-,gas- en water meter.

Also all the wires from the PTT and CAI connections come together here. 

We have placed a fuse board from Hager.
Beside the cooking-range there are another 8 groups.
The washing machine, the dryer and the dishwasher has their own group.

HF Signal amplifier

WISI Signal amplifier VX67 

This amplifier adjust the signal for the connections on the bedrooms and on two places in the both living rooms. So 8 connections.

The amplification / smoothing is adjustable.

Switching materials

Busch-Jaeger SI standard

Because of the expansion of appliances in and around the house these day's you need enough outlets.
On many places there is a wall outlet or switch point so you can use your appliances there were you need them.

The installation in this house applied to the "Domotica comfortklasse B". and is conform NEN 1010.

We used standard switching and connection materials in the house.

The switches are mounted about +/- 90 cm above the floor.
Wall outlets are mounted about +/- 25 cm above the floor.

We used an double connected switch for the outside lighting in the front and at the back.

Synthetic window sill

For this house we choose the synthetic window sill with renovation profile "Holland 100" from Kömmerling.

Properties: 

• Slow down burglary:
      These good anchored sills and rails combined with anti-burglary latches for a perfect safety.
• Iron strong:
      Kömmerlings high quality profile systems are iron strong they often survive the building.
• Low maintenance:
      You enjoy these synthetic profiles for years, without concern maintenance.
• Milieu friendly:
      Few energy loss because of good isolation.
• Color:
      However Kömmerling profiles come in more colors, we've chosen for white.

Of course we applied isolation glass  with KOMO product certificate. (With KIWA declaration).

Isolation

In this house are preset walls witch are isolated with Rockwool 433 panels, these are isolated panels of stone wool  one side is vapor resistant, the R value = 2,8. 

The ceilings are isolated with Isover glass wool with a one-sided strong aluminum follies.

The R value = 2,0

We used high quality double glass  for the windows so there is optimal isolation.
