Here is some information about my work.

iBanx

I currently work as a senior software developer at iBanx in Amsterdam. I develop software products around Documentum's e-Content management system.

iBanx is a young company that specializes in the Process industry.

Work history

After I finished my Computer Sience study at the Free University in Amsterdam, I joined a small company called CAT Benelux. I started as a programmer for Document Imaging systems. CAT Benelux was bought by BSO and was turned into BSO/IPCC (Image Processing Competence Center). BSO became Origin and the IPCC became WEBS (Workgroup Enabling Business Solustions). In 5 years the IPCC that started with 8 people grew into WEBS Utrecht, with more than 80 people.

I've worked for Origin for 7 years, implementing document management and workflow management systems. I have experience with programming Windows applications using Visual C++, Visual Basic and DocBasic. I also have experience with technical and functional design.

The last 2 years with Origin the focus of my work shifted from implementing systems, to design, consultancy and supporting the people who do the implementation.

In september 1998 I joined the new company Siennax. This started a bunch of IT specialists, human performance experts and business consultants with a common goal: To make organisations more intelligent, by helping them to make better use of their potential.
Over the last year and a half Siennax has transformed into a fast growing Internet company aiming to host business applications for our customers, for a fixed price per seat per month.

I joined Siennax's EDM team, where I build on my experience with document management systems and will expand my experience with design and consultancy.
