Both the living rooms have an rectangular shape.

The surface of each room is about 36 m².

The large windows at the front provide a lot of daylight.
These windows can at one side completely opened or placed in a tumble position so if you wish you have an extra ventilation option.
The ventilation occur via special smoothed filters.

We mentioned it before the right living room is suitable for an office and/or practice room. This can be realized  with a simple sub wall with door.

But the advantage of a second living room is enjoyable, of example play ground for the children.

Or you make your own video/computer corner, connections for CAI and PTT are on two places in each room available.

Both rooms have two light points witch can used separately.
Also there are a lot of wall outlets so you can easily connect your apliances.
